For the first time since Super Bowl I the NFL will simulcast a game. I’m somewhat hoping that the Patriots do make 16-0, and then promptly lose somewhere in the play-offs (not getting another Super Bowl championship). Then it’ll be proven that a perfect season is possible, yet the Pats would let someone else win (the Superbowl) for a change…

Thank goodness for “pro forma” sessions. They’ll help stop Bush from making recess appointments – and circumvent Senate approval on his mostly controversial choices for various appointments. The Dems tried to deal with Bush, as usual he covered his ears and yelled loudly until they left the room…

Some will think me a sour person, however I am happy that the Christmas season is done and over with. I got gifts and gave a few – however I just can’t get into when it’s become so materialistic and commercialized… and starts in August! I’m more of a Thanksgiving, New Years, smaller family/friend focused holiday type of guy. I’m looking forward to New Years Eve and 2007 being over. From my perspective I would not want to relive 2007… Later.
