I love Joe.My.God. and Towleroad – they are great blogs. However I’d like to point out that they missed that the bill in consideration is inclusive and includes LGB & T in its protections. Towleroad and Joe.My.God. both linked to an AP story through the Grand Forks Herald website – which omits (for some stupid reason) that the bill is inclusive. The story ran in the Herald, Forum, and other Forum Communication papers did note that. Basically the AP sucks and gave bad info (via omission) to those good blogs. Bad AP!

Blogger and journalist Andy Birkey of Eleventh Ave South (and Mn Indy) put together an awesome piece. Hell, it even includes a NoDak ex-pat from my neck of the woods in the story – a native from Ft. Yates. He even notes that ND law mimics MN’s law… pretty much because that’s where we got the most of the language from. Oh, and I love the reference to the influx of LGBT “refugees” into MN – and more specifically Minneapolis. Its 100% true. Actually more like 200% true – so true that its twice as true. MN is the only state that borders ND that currently “likes” gays. (true story)
